The passionate chef relies on tried-and-tested favourites on the clubhouse menu. With steak tartare in all its variations, the extensive salad buffet or the legendary ‘Golfer’s Spaghetti’ with strips of beef fillet, he caters perfectly to his guests’ tastes. He combines these classics with his own creations, which are presented on a constantly changing weekly menu. Regional and seasonal produce are always the focus.

Our service team not only impresses with its charm and passion, but also presents an exceptional wine list, which includes rare wines available by the glass. At major events, the dynamic team impresses with its creative buffet concepts, as well as its dedication and genuine hospitality.

The club house’s bar concept has also gotten a makeover. In addition to excellent wines, the gladys offers a varied cocktail menu and a smokers’ lounge with an exceptional cigar list. After a spirited round of golf, the gladys is thus the ideal place to end the day on the expanded sun terrace, in the restaurant, at the bar or in the smokers’ lounge with a balanced meal and refreshing drinks, fine wines or a delicious cocktail.
